摘  要
本文介绍了我国热电厂烟气脱硫的必要性及烟气脱硫技术的发展历程,分析了当前各种脱硫技术与方法的特点,并以中石油某热电厂烟气脱硫项目为实例对象,旨在通过系统设计研究,得出具有实际操作性的半干法脱硫系统工艺及主体构筑设计方案。论文在分析国内外烟气脱硫技术特点、应用情况及热电厂烟气脱硫相关要求的基础上,经过分析比较并结合本项目具体情况,选用了半干法烟气脱硫技术工艺,文中着重介绍了半干法中的旋转喷雾干燥法烟气脱硫工艺。本论文规划了热电厂烟气半干法脱硫工艺流程,并按照相关设计标准,计算了烟气脱硫系统的物料平衡,并在确定系统设备主要性能参数的基础上,对脱硫系统的主体构筑物:雾化器、干燥吸收塔及静电除尘器进行了详尽设计,并完成了雾化器和电除尘器设备的选型。论文从实际出发,理论联系实际,设计了热电厂烟气半干法脱硫系统。并且设计方案具有系统性、条理性、可操作性的特点,满足国家经济发展和热电厂脱硫产业发展的要求。

Semi-dry Flue Gas Desulphurization System Designation on Thermal Power Plant of CNPC
- Main Structures
 
Abstract
This paper described the necessity of thermal power plant flue gas desulphurization and the development process on flue gas desulphurization technologies, and analyzed the characteristics of various current desulphurization technologies. The flue gas desulphurization system on thermal power plant of CNPC was made for target project, aim to obtain the actual operational system of semi-dry desulphurization and the design proposals on main structures. Based on the characteristics and application of flue gas desulphurization technology at home and abroad, and the relevant requirements of the thermal power plant flue gas desulphurization, after analysis and combination of the specific project, this paper selected the semi-dry flue gas desulphurization technology , it emphasized the SDA of the semi-dry flue gas desulphurization technology. This paper planned the semi-dry flue gas desulphurization process of the thermal power plant, and in accordance with relevant design standards, calculated the materials balance of the flue gas desulphurization system, detailed the design of the desulphurization system of the main structures including the atomizer, dry absorber and electrostatic precipitators, and then completed the atomizer and electrostatic precipitators’ equipment selection. This paper designed the semi-dry desulphurization system of the thermal power plant from actual conditions and integrating theory with practice, it is systematic, hierarchical and operable.
