超疏水聚乙烯片材的制备和研究
摘  要

超疏水材料由于其优异的超拒水性能,越来越多的研究成果向人们生活的方方面面渗透,给我们的日常生活带来了极大的便利。本文在总结近年来超疏水表面的最新研究成果的基础上,叙述了超疏水材料的特点,种类及应用和聚乙烯片材超疏水材料的常用制备方法及其研究进展。分别采用固体热压法和腐蚀法对聚乙烯片材表面进行处理,并对其实验机理进行了简单的分析,将固体热压法和腐蚀法得到的聚乙烯片材疏水性进行对比。得到本文所研究实验的最佳结果为:用固体热压法对聚乙烯片材进行处理,在空气湿度为55%时,氧化铜粉末在205℃时热压50分钟后可获得超疏水聚乙烯片材,用扫描电镜对其表面进行测试,结果表明该聚乙烯片材表面为多孔结构。润湿性测试表明最大接触角为148°,滚动角为12°。

ABSTRACT

The super-hydrophobic material have the extraordinary ability of anti water .Increasing amount of research results to every aspects of people's lives and bring great convenience to our daily life results. The latest study of the super-hydrophobic surface results are summed up and they are described that the super-hydrophobic material characteristics, types, applications and the common preparation of PE segmentation super-hydrophobic materials and study progress in this papers. Solid heating pressing and etching method were used to dispose the surface of PE segmentation respectively. A simplify analyze in the experimental principium and a compartion their Super-Hydrophobic capability are maked. The best result we have in this paper include :in solid heating pressing ,air humidity (55%RH),the PE segmentation after 50min at 205℃,oxidize copper powder becomes Super-Hydrophobic segmentation. When use the scan electron telescope to test the surface, we can clearly see the lacunose structure. Humidity test indicate the max contact angle is 148°,roll rangle is 12°。
