废弃铝纸复合包装材料中铝回收研究
摘  要

随着铝质材料应用越来越广泛,同时铝资源越来越匮乏,对铝回收的研究也受到越来越多的重视。本文在总结近年来铝回收的研究所取得的成果的基础上,叙述了铝资源的应用状况、铝资源所面临的形势、陈述废铝回收所存在的巨大经济效益和环保效益;指出废铝存在的几种类型及回收方法、回收的巨大意义以及铝回收的设想和方案。以烟盒内衬包装纸、盐酸溶液、固体氢氧化钠为原料,采用研磨工艺、直接水浸泡工艺、高温煅烧碳化工艺进行铝回收的研究。讨论了不同方法对铝回收率的影响,以及同种方法在不同条件下对铝回收率的影响,并对实验机理进行了分析。实验结果分析表明:在400℃的温度下煅烧碳化2小时所取得的回收效果最好,所得铝的回收率为22%,其铝的纯度为70%,采用同种方法在不同条件下进行铝回收,要使回收率和回收的铝的纯度提高,最关键的在于如何将铝层和纸层很好的分离开来。

ABSTRACT

With more and more extensive application of aluminum resources and increasingly scarce resources of the aluminum, recycling of aluminium has also given more and more attention. In this paper, on the basis of summing up the results of aluminium recycling in recent years, it described the application of aluminum ,aluminum resources faced by the situation, environmental benefits of aluminium recycling, types of the waste aluminium and recycling methods, the great significance of the aluminum recycling and the idea of my own. Using the packets lined wrapping paper, hydrochloric acid, and solid sodium hydroxide as materials, the use of grinding process, water immersion technology,and high temperature calcined carbonation recycling aluminum. Discuss different methods of aluminum recycling impact and the same methods under different conditions on the impact of aluminum recycling, and the experimental mechanism for analysis. Experimental results show that: in different ways of recycling aluminum, in 400 degree temperatures by the Calcining carbonation two hours in the recycling of the best, the aluminum from the recycling of 22 percent, the purity of its aluminum 70%, using The same methods under different conditions for aluminum recycling, in order to increase the purity of aluminum, the most critical layer is aluminum layer and paper layer of separation is good or bad.
