海尔公司物流成本控制研究
摘  要

随着经济的全球化和科学技术的飞速发展,企业的物流管理已经成为企业降低成本、创造利润、提高经济效益的新途径,物流成本管理就是通过物流成本去管理物流,管理的目的是降低企业的生产成本。大部分中国企业还存在物流设施落后;物流作业科学技术含量低;物流标准化、信息化程度低;物流管理方式、水平落后等诸多问题。与发达国家物流比较,中国企业的物流成本要高得多。美国物流成本占整个运营成本的 9%左右,而中国物流成本则占 20%。由此可见,中国企业可以通过物流成本管理方法,有效地把物流成本降下来。本文从介绍物流成本管理入手,初步分析了海尔公司的物流成本管理现状及成本管理优化方法,进而提出现代企业降低物流成本的方法,推动我国物流行业发展。

Summary:With the global economic incorporated and the high speed development of the technology,the logistics management in one corporation has become a new way to reduce the cost,create profit and advance the economy benefit .Logistics management means to manage the goods circulation through logistics cost,with the aim to cut down the production cost of a corporation.There are some problems in most Chinese corporations,such as the behindhand equipment and low-technology in the work proce;low-level of standardization and informationization;low level of the management method etc. Compared with some developed countries,the cost of logistics in the Chinese corporation is much higher.In America,the logistics cost take 9% in the whole cost,but in China it is 20%.This shows,Chinese corporations can reduce the whole cost efficiently through manage the logistics cost。From a beginning of a  introduction of the logistics cost management,this text give a principium analyse of the  logistics cost management actuality and the optimization in the HAIER,then put forward how to reduce the logistics cost in a modern corporations to promote the development of logistics industory in our country.
