深圳物流人才需求分析
【摘要】随着深圳经济和物流产业的迅速发展，对物流人才的需求也日益增加。虽然物流相关教育机构和培训机构每年都培养出大量的物流人才，但不论是质上还是在量上都难以满足企业的要求。本文运用了资料分析的方法，对深圳物流发展前景和发展战略进行了分析和概括；对深圳物流人才供给现状进行了客观的分析；进而从物流人才的需求数量、需求领域和需求层次等三个方面进行了分析；并探讨增加物流人才有效供给的对策。

Demand and Analysis for Logistics Personnel
in Shenzhen
【Abstract】With the rapid development of the economic and logistics industry in Shenzhen, the demand for logistics personnel is increasing everyday. Although related educational institutions about logistics and training organizations cultivate many logistics personnel every year, it can not satisfy the enterprises’ requirements, no matter in quality or in quantity. In this paper, first, way of data analysis is used not only to analyze and summarize the development prospect and strategy of logistic, but also to make objective analysis for current situation of logistics personnel supply in Shenzhen. Second, it analyzes the quantity, domain and levels in demand. And finally, it explores the measures of effective supply in increasing logistics personnel
