探析饭店员工的忠诚培养
摘 要：在这个人才竞争如此激烈的时代，饭店行业的生存和发展就必须面临着一个严峻的挑战——饭店员工的忠诚培养。本文对国内外饭店饭店员工的忠诚培养方面进行了一系列的探讨，针对存在的问题，提出了“加强企业文化建设、建立人本管理理念、建立合理的薪酬福利体系与激励体制以及培养和稳定员工”等具体对策，以期能有助于饭店的管理和发展。

The Loyalty Of Hotel Staff Training Analysis

Abstract: In this era of intense competition for talent, the survival and development of hotel industry must be faced with a severe challenges - hotel staff loyalty training. In this paper the loyalty of domestic and international hotel hotel staff training of a department Column, this paper based on the existing problems, and puts forward "to strengthen enterprise culture construction, building humanistic management ideas, set up a reasonable salary welfare system and incentive system and training and stabilizing employee" and other concrete countermeasure that can help the hotel management and development.
