在问卷调查基础上,分析比较了民营企业员工与国有企业员工对忠诚度培养对策的共性与个性差异,分析了民营企业员工对忠诚度培养的5点意见,在此基础上提出了民营企业员工忠诚度培养的3条建议。

Study on Measures for Loyalty’ Fostering of Employees
in Nongovernmental Business
Abstract: On the basis of questionnaire investigation,the authors analyze commonness and difference of fostering measures for employees’ loyalty between nongovernmental business and state business,and five suggestion of nongovernmental business’s employees,then put forward three countermeasures.
