株洲低碳旅游发展途径探讨
 摘要：随着人类生态文明的推进，低碳理念越来越融入人们的生活，其中包括低碳经济、低碳生活、低碳旅游等等。低碳旅游是旅游城市的发展方向，它强调“低耗能，低污染，低排放”的低碳理念。“低碳旅游”对株洲旅游业的发展至关重要，它给株洲旅游业的发展带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战，本文分析了株洲低碳旅游发展的优势和存在的问题，并提出了株洲发展低碳旅游的对策。

Discussion on the Development of Low Carbon Tourism in Zhuzhou

   Abstract：With the advancement of human ecologic civilization, the conception of low carbon increasingly penetrates into the lives of individuals, including low-carbon economy, low-carbon life, low-carbon tourism, etc. Low-carbon tourism, which emphasizes the low-carbon conception of “low energy consumption, low pollution, and low emission”, is the direction of the development of tourism cities. Having brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges, low-carbon tourism is critical to the development of Zhuzhou's tourism. This paper not only analyses advantages and existing problems but also proposes some strategies about the development of low-carbon tourism in Zhuzhou.

一、引言
   低碳旅游,就是借用低碳经济的理念,以低能耗、低污染为基础的绿色旅游。它不仅对旅游资源的规划开发提出了新要求,而且对旅游者和旅游全过程提出了明确要求。它要求通过“吃、住、行、游、购、娱”的每一个环节来体现节约能源、降低污染,以行动来诠释和谐社会、节约社会和文明社会的建设。
   随着低碳旅游研究的深入，低碳旅游也逐渐被人们所关注，这为发展低碳旅游提供了基础。
   国内外学者对低碳旅游作出相关研究，Glaeser（2008）和Kahn（2008）通过对美国66个大都市区研究发现，美国的城市发展与居民的碳排放之间存在相应的规律，即同样收入水平的家庭，居住在城市郊区会比居住在城市中心产生更多的碳排放[1]。
