提升xx旅行社核心竞争力的策略研究
摘  要:旅行社是旅游企业的典型代表,作为中国旅游业重要构成部分的旅行社,面临着激烈的市场竞争,加之旅行社产品本身的特殊性,使得旅行社核心竞争力的构成与提升存在很难题。本文旨在通过确定旅行社核心竞争力构成要素的基础上,找出张家界市旅行社在核心竞争力方面存在的问题及其原因,并提出相应的解决对策。希望这样可以加深张家界旅行社对于核心竞争力的认识,以利于张家界旅行社核心竞争力的提升。

The Research on the Promotion Strategy of Core Competitiveness in ZhangJiajie Travel agency

Abstract: Travel agency are typical representation of tourism enterprises. Travel agency industry as an important component of China's tourism industry is facing intense market competition. Coupled with the special nature of the products, making travel agency construct and promote the core competitiveness become a difficult problem. This paper aims to identify the constituent elements of the core competitiveness of travel agencies, to find out the existing problems of travel agencies in ZhangJiajie, and to offer the corresponding measures. Hope that this can enhance the awareness and understanding on the core competitiveness of ZhangJiajie travel agency and to be good for its promoting of the core competitiveness.
