本实验是为了摸索在深圳生态环境下留兰香薄荷(Spearmint mint)在不同的生育期挥发油组分和含量的差异性,以为留兰香薄荷在园林应用和栽培提供理论基础。
采样固相微萃取(SPME)技术对气体成分采集,用气相质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析了不同时期挥发气体含量,同时对相同成分在不同的时期含量进行差异性比较。实验结果表明:留兰香薄荷(Spearmint mint)在不同的时期挥发气体成分的相对含量变化较大;差异分析表明各个时期差异性显著。

Abstract: This experiment is to explore the ecological environment in Shenzhen spearmint mint in different growth stages and volatile oil component of the difference that spearmint and peppermint in the cultivation of gardens provide a theoretical basis. Sampling solid phase micro-extraction (SPME) technology components for gas collection, By gas MS (GC-MS) analysis of the different periods of volatile gas content, while the same composition at different times for different levels of comparison. The results showed that: spearmint mint at different times of volatile gas composition changes in the relative large difference analysis shows that various periods of significant differences
