镁对温室黄瓜镁含量及产量和品质的影响

【内容摘要】

采用无土栽培方式,研究根际镁离子浓度对温室黄瓜整个开花结果期镁含量变化和镁在各器官的分布及产量和品质的影响。结果表明:黄瓜各器官中镁含量的变化与根际镁离子浓度有关;黄瓜对镁胁迫耐受力的强弱次序:开花结果初期>后期>盛期,镁在各器官的含量是:叶片>根>茎>瓜;镁胁迫降低了黄瓜的单株产量、单位面积产量和单株瓜数;多镁处理降低了黄瓜硝酸盐含量,提高了黄瓜的可溶性蛋白质、还原糖和可溶性糖的含量,增大了茎粗和叶面积;缺镁胁迫显著降低了维生素C的含量,增加了可溶性蛋白质、还原糖、可溶性糖和硝酸盐的含量,抑制了黄瓜株高、总叶片数和叶面积的增大。增施镁肥有利于改善黄瓜的品质。

Effect of Mg concentration on the Mg content,yield and quality of cucumber

Abstract: Using soilless culture method, the influence of Mg2+ concentration to the change of Mg content and the distribution as well as the yield and quality of cucumber was studied in green house. The results showed that: (1) Mg content was effected by Mg concentration, The tolerance of cucumber to Mg stress during the blossom and fruiting period was ranked as: prophase > anaphase > metaphase. The content of Mg in various organs was ranked as: leaf > root > stem > fruit. The Mg2+ concentration affected the growth, yield and quality of cucumber. Mg stress reduced the yield per plant, the yield per unit area and fruit per plant; Excessive Mg degraded the nitrate content of cucumber, increased the content of soluble protein, reducing sugar and soluble sugar, enlarged the diameter of stem and leaf area; Mg deficiency stress significantly degraded the content of vitamin C, increased the content of soluble protein, reducing sugar, soluble sugar and nitrate, and inhibited the height of plants, total leaf number and leaf area. Application of Mg fertilizer was beneficial to improve the quality of fruit.
