Lathe warn from machine of gear wheel shat praparation method rules and craft equip and design

Abstract: This graduation design takes middle complicated disk sets off parts lathe machining gear for the content, discusses the machining process of lathe Clutch Gear under the condition of mass production, and formulates the detailed regulations of machining process. Through a variety of inspection of references and information, the author writes a comprehensive paper about modern manufacturing technology of gear processing. In order to achieve the corresponding technical requirements, make sure about the quality of parts processing, increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs, this requires to properly choose machine tools, measuring tools and cutting parameters. Thus, the author analyzes and summarizes the characters of the parts disc sets. According to the main technology of parts sets, the author designs a set of proper regulations of machining process and special process equipment, and also analyzes several key working procedures. To achieve comprehensive training purposes, here refers to several process equipment (hobbing, cutters and measuring tools) of key working procedures (fixture, knives, measuring tools, etc). Meanwhile, the design also refers a second processing program, 80 semi-refined cutting surfaces and the flat edges of the revolution end of the NC machining center completed ,This makes the design having the characteristics of the times, reflecting the current trends and manufacturing requirements.
