在管理中引入计算机和招投标信息管理系统已经得到企事业单位的认同，并将逐渐成为一种管理手段。
本文通过在浙江宝业建设集团实地调查，在需求分析、系统总体设计、系统详细功能设计与实现等阶段的工作的基础上，提出了该企业招投标系统的实现原理和实现方法，开发了一个基于浙江宝业建设集团企业内部招投标管理信息系统。并且，本文按照开发背景、可行性分析、系统分析、数据库设计和系统设计这样一个系统开发流程对系统设计进行介绍，并给出作者在系统设计过程中的心得体会。

The Design and Implementation of Bidding Management System For Zhejiang Baoye Construction Group
Abstract:It has been recognized by enterprises that introducting the computers and information management system into bidding management and Will gradually become a management tool.According to the survey in the Zhejiang Baoye Construction Group,the paper proposed the principle and method of complying the bidding management system in the enterprise and designed the system which will be used in the Zhejiang Baoye Constrctuon Group at base of working at needs analysis,system design and the design and implementation of detailed features. And the paper introduced the system design according to the steps of system development,containing the background of development, Feasibility Analysis,system analysis and system design.At last,there is the Experiences of the author about the system design.
