幼儿教师的语言技能和策略
摘 要
幼儿的身心发展水平决定了幼儿教师语言技能和策略的重要性。优秀的教师之所以深受幼儿的喜欢，其组织的活动之所以能给幼儿留下深刻印象，语言是一个重要因素。要推动幼教事业的发展，就必须提高幼教师资队伍语言的水平。幼儿教师的语言技能和策略分为两大部分，第一部分为幼儿教师与幼儿交流的语言技能和策略；第二部分为幼儿教师与家长交流的语言技能和策略。

Abstract
Baby's body and mind level of development has decided the baby teacher language skill and the strategy importance. Outstanding teacher therefore deeply baby likes, its organization's activity therefore can make the deep impression to the baby, the language is a important attribute. Must impel the preschool education enterprise the development, must enhance the preschool education teachers troop language the level. The baby teacher's language skill and the strategy divide into two major parts, the first part the skill and the strategy which exchanges for the baby teacher and the baby; the second part the skill and the strategy which exchanges for the baby teacher and the guardian.
