浅析农村养老保险制度
摘　要

目前，我国社会养老形势日趋严峻，养老保险制度面临问题较多，养老基金缺口较大，企业负担沉重，相关法律缺失，已经影响到社会的安全与稳定。我国养老保险制度建设虽然取得了一定的成绩，但仍存在着许多缺陷和不足，如基本养老保险制度覆盖面有限，基本养老保险保障程度有限，基本养老保险存在统筹基金缺口和个人账户名义化等问题。为此，必须针对我国养老保险制度存在的问题，按照覆盖广泛、水平适当、结构合理、基金平衡的原则，完善政策和机制，建立适合我国国情，能够实现可持续发展的基本养老保险制度。本文剖析了我国现行养老保险体系的现状，问题及对策。

Abstract

 At present, China's social pension situation is becoming increasingly grim, old-age insurance system faces many problems, the gap larger pension funds, a heavy burden on enterprises, and relevant legal deficiencies, has affected the community's security and stability. China's endowment insurance system Despite certain achievements, but there are still many shortcomings and deficiencies, such as basic old-age insurance system coverage is limited, the level of protection of basic pension insurance is limited, basic old-age insurance fund gap and the existence of co-ordinating the name of individual accounts and other issues . Therefore, we must address China's endowment insurance system for the existing problems, according to wide coverage, appropriate level, reasonable structure and balanced fund principle, improve policies and mechanisms for the establishment of China's national conditions and to achieve sustainable development in the basic old-age insurance system. This article analyzes China's current system of pension insurance status, problems and deal with them.
