论舞蹈演员的专业素质及其培养
摘 要

舞蹈是一种用肢体语言来反映生活、表达情感的“无言艺术”。为了使其与观众进行最直接的交流，更容易产生共鸣，这就需要舞蹈演员具备较高的专业素质。要求演员不仅能完成高难度的技巧，而且能通过人物外在形象的表演传达出作品内在的神韵。作为一名舞蹈演员，专业素质的培养已有了更为广泛的层面。本文对其做了介绍与分析，使舞蹈演员能够明确自身的定位、知道自己的不足，从而在舞蹈表演中更好的体现人物形象，表达主题思想，使作品达到更好的艺术效果。

Abstract

Dance is a kind of “Silent Art” which reflects life and expresses feelings with body language. In order to communicate with the audience director and bring about resonance easier, there is necessity that the dancer possesses better professional quality. Not only can they finish high—leveled and difficult artistry ,but also express the innermost romantic charm of works by the performance of characters’external images. To a dancesr, development of professional quality brings special signifcance. This text gives directions and analysis so that the dancer can find their places, know their drawbacks, and then embody characters’ images better in the dancing performance, express the main idea, thus, make the work gain a better artistic effects.
