单鼻导管与双腔氧管吸氧的效果比较
摘要:目的：比较单鼻导管与双腔氧管吸氧的效果。方法：在广州市第一人民医院呼吸科内柚取60名患者 分成两个实验组，用自行设计的“吸氧效果登记表”及“依从性登记表”记录实验数据，对得到的数据用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果：在一般资料及均衡性统计中，包括年龄、性别的P>0.05。在吸氧前SPO2，HR及R的P>0.05；在吸氧后的效果比较中，在吸氧0.5小时的时候SPO2和RR的P<0.05，HR的P>0.05；在吸氧1小时后，虽然呼吸p<0.05，但SPO2及HR的P>0.05；在吸氧2小时后，SPO2，HR及R的P>0.05。依从性的P>0.05。结论：单鼻导管吸氧能较双腔氧快速的纠正缺氧，但在缺氧纠正之后两者的吸氧效果并没统计学差异。

ABSTRACT
summary   purpose：Compare the effect of odd-nose canal and double-antrum oxygen canal  method :Select 60 patients from the department of respiration of Guangzhou No.1 people hospital by chance, divide them into two experimental groups. Record the experimental data by the self-designed form of “ inspired oxygen effect record form” and “compliance record form”, STAT. and analyze the recorded data by using the SPSS software. Result: p>0.05 including age and gender in the general and equilibrium data.Before inhaling oxygen, the SPO2, HR and R's p>0.05;After inhaling oxygen for 0.5hour, the SPO2 and respiration's p<0.05, the HR's p>0.05;After inhaling oxygen for 1hour, though the respiration's p<0.05, the SPO2  and HR's p>0.05;After inhaling oxygen for 2hours, the SPO2, HR and R's p>0.05.The compliance's p>0.05.Conclusion: Inhaling oxygen by using the odd-nose canal can be more effective to correct the anoxia the by using the double-antrum oxygen canal, but after the correction there would be no statistical differences.  Keywords ：Odd-nose canal ； Double-antrum oxygen canal ；  Inhale oxygen
