新型农村养老保险制度在乡村的实践
 摘要：我国农村历来基本实行的是传统的家庭养老模式，然而，随着我国正在发生的急剧社会和经济变革安，家庭养老正受到来自计划生育政策、城市化和工业化，以及由此带来的子女减少，规模、结构和功能变化，流动人口增加以及价值观念变化等多方面的严峻挑战，其功能日趋弱化。本文结合万荣县，浅谈新农村养老保险在万荣具体的实施现状、得的成效和存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策。

Abstract: China has basically executes the rural traditional family pension mode in China, however, is as sharp social and economic changes, family endowment is under the family planning policy, urbanization and industrialization, and thus reduce the children, scale, structure and function of floating population increase, and the values change etc, its functions are becoming more and more severe challenges. Based on the Wan Rong Xian, showing the new rural endowment insurance in Wan Rong specific implementation status and achievements and existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
