对幼小衔接问题的思考

从幼儿园毕业到进入小学一年级，相融短短两个月，却标志着一个新阶段的开始。对每一名即将升入小学的孩子来说，它包含着一系列重大的转折和变化。如何让幼儿自然、顺利地适应小学生活，实现幼儿园教育向小学教育的顺利过渡，是家长、老师共同关注的问题，也是笔者经常思考的问题。本文从幼儿园与小学教育之间的差异，目前两者的衔接工作中存在的问题，作为一名幼教工作者如何做好幼小衔接工作等方面，谈一点自己粗浅的认识。

Abstract
Is in the kindergarten to graduate enters the elementary school freshman class, only melts the short two months, but actually symbolizes a new stage start.It is containing a series of significant transitions and the change. Therefore, must complete the kindergarten education to the primary education state, the key lies in completes the immature engagement early the work. Which several aspects did this article elaborate the current kindergarten and the elementary school difference mainly displays in, and points out the kindergarten and elementary school's engagement present situation existence question, but also elaborated took how a preschool education worker should complete the immature engagement.
