中小学生健康的影响因素与对策研究
摘 要
在中国经济水平持续高速发展，人民生活水平日益提高的背景下，我国青少年学生体质健康问题却愈来愈令人担忧。为了及时、准确地了解青少年学生的体质状况，我对当代青少年的健康影响因素做了一次研究分析，希望能够让家长及全社会对中学生体质健康状况予以高度重视。

Abstract
The level of China's sustained rapid economic development, people's living standards increasing the background, my young student's health problems are increasingly a cause for concern. In order to timely, accurate understanding of the physical condition of young students, I contemporary factors affect the health of young people to do an investigation and study, hope to parents and society as a whole physical health of the students attach great importance.
