网球运动的学校发展之路
摘 要
网球运动历史悠久，是世界上开展的十分广泛且深受人们喜爱的一项体育运动。我国高校网球运动正处在初级阶段，对高校网球运动的场地建设、学科建设和师资队伍建设等方面进行了分析研究，提出要全方位、立体试的发展网球运动，使用问卷调查、数理统计等方法对影响我国普通高校网球运动的因素进行分析研究，并提出应当从组织管理部门入手，加强对高校网球运动的重视、投入和调动，加强各高校间网球运动的交流，不断提高和加强网球教师的业务能力，才能使高校网球运动得到健康、快速、全面发展。

Abstract
The tennis, which has a long history, is a sport that is widely developed and is very popular among people. The tennis in universities of our country is in its primary stage. We have made analysis and research on the construction of the ground, the discipline and the faculty of the tennis in universities, and put forward that we should develop the tennis all-directionally and multi-dimensionally and make use of the methods of questionnaire and the mathematical statistics to analyze the factors that affect the tennis in the universities. Proposals have also been made that we should, starting from the department of organization and management, attach great importance to the tennis and strengthen the investment and the stimulation in it, and enhance the exchange among the universities. We should also improve the professional ability of the teachers of tennis constantly. In this way, the tennis of the universities can enjoy a sound, rapid and all-round development.
