试论农村信用社的激励机制与约束机制
摘要
激励机制与约束机制是企业经营机制的两块基石，是促使企业既充满活力又规范、稳健发展的重要保障。作为一个中小金融企业、农村信用社要在激烈的市场竞争中立足、要更好地实现“自主经营、自负盈亏、自我发展、自我约束”的经营管理目标，就必须努力发挥好这两个机制的“启动器”和“加压器”作用，使内部动力机制与自我约束机制更加协调、统一，促进农村信用社经营机制的有效转换和各项改革的顺利推进。本文通过了解我国农村信用的发展现状以及对我国当前的农村信用社的激励机制与约束机制进行探究，拟订完善机制对策。

ABSTRACT
 Encouraging a mechanism and controling a mechanism is a business enterprise management mechanism of two pieces of sill, is urge a business enterprise since vibrant again norm, steady development of importance guarantee.Conduct and actions an inside and small finance business enterprise, village reputation the agency want at vehemence of market competition neutral foot, want to be betterly realization"independence management, complacent profit and loss, ego development, ego control" of management management target, have to effort exertive good this two mechanism of"starter" and"add to press a machine" function, make inner part motive mechanism and ego control mechanism more moderate, unify, promote village reputation agency management mechanism of valid conversion and each item reform of smooth push forward.This text pass understanding our country village reputation of development present condition and to our country current of the encourage of agency of the village reputation mechanism and control the mechanism carry on investigation and draw up a perfect mechanism counterplan.
