幼儿分享行为现状及其培养策略
摘  要
分享是指通过与他人共同享用某种资源而使他人获益。帮助孩子们学会分享，有利于培养幼儿良好的行为习惯与健康人格。 但是目前幼儿分享行为的现状并不乐观，影响幼儿分享行为的因素主要有内部因素和外部因素，培养幼儿的分享行为的策略有：利用契机，建立分享规则等。
关键词：幼儿  分享行为  培养策略
Current Situation of Children's Sharing Behavior  and Fostering Strategies of It

Abstract
Sharing refers to the behavior that one shares some resource with others who can finality benefit from this.Helping children learn sharing will make it easy to develop their good behavior habit ,as well as healthy personality.However,at present,the current situation of children's shaing behavior is not so optimistic.The factors that influence the children's sharing behavior mainly include inner factors and outer factors.We can take some strategies to develop children's sharing behavior.For example,we can make use of every chance or set up rules for sharing.
