新公共管理运动对我国政府机构改革的启示
摘要：20世纪七八十年代，面对全球化、信息化以及市场经济的挑战，西方各国掀起了一场以“三E”（经济、效率、效益）为标志的政府改革运动，大胆引进市场竞争机制和私人企业的管理方法，改变传统的官僚制模式，称为“新公共管理运动”。本文从新公共管理运动的理论入手，首先介绍了新公共管理运动的兴起背景和主要内容，总结归纳了政府治理的新模式，然后借鉴新公共管理思想的合理因素并结合我国具体国情，对当前以及今后我国政府机构改革进行了有益的探索和分析。

The Analysis of Enlightenment which New Public Management Movement to Our Government’s Reform
 
Abstract：In the 1970s or 1980s , facing the challenges of  globalization, informationization as well as market economy, The western various countries have raised a government reform movement which take “three E”(economy, efficiency,effectiveness) as the symbol,The bold introduction of market competition mechanism and private enterprise's management, and the change of tradition bureaucrat pattern, is called the new public management movement.This paper begins with the new public management movements’theory , firstly introduced the background and the primary coverag on it, summarized and induced the new pattern of governance, then combined the reasonable factors which were profited from the new public management thought with our country’s concrete national condition, it carried on a beneficial exploration and the analysis to current as well as the next our country’s government apparatus reform.
