排球比赛中的后排防守
摘要：通过对中国女排在比赛中后排防守的研究，对比赛中后排防守的意识、技战术进行分析研究；以及在比赛中自由人的使用进行分析研究得出一些研究结果和结论，以达到在比赛中做好防守的目的，从而达到赢得比赛的目的。

Abstract: Through to the Chinese female volleyball team after thecompetition the row of defensive research, after the competition inrow of defensive consciousness, the technique tactic conducts theanalysis research; As well as free man's use conducts the analysisresearch in the competition to obtain some findings and theconclusion, achieved completes defensive in the competition the goal,thus achieved wins the competition the goal.
