浅谈幼儿园隐性课程的构建

摘  要
在幼儿园中,历来重视显性课程的作用,而往往忽视了隐性课程的影响。隐性课程具有认知功能、情感陶冶功能、意志磨练功能与行为规范功能。它在幼儿园中有着不可替代的作用。隐性课程有物质隐性课程与精神隐性课程之分。物质环境的隐性课程主要有园所的建筑及规划、户外环境的设置和室内环境的布置；精神环境的隐性课程主要有幼儿园的制度环境、教师与幼儿的关系、幼儿之间的关系及教师之间的关系。它们在幼儿园中非常重要，对幼儿的性格的塑造及行为的养成有着不可替代的作用。下面将从物质环境与精神环境对隐性课程进行构建。
