对深圳市门户网站的综合分析
【摘要】 政府门户网站是实现电子政务途径，是现代政府管理和信息技术发展的产物。自从1999年“政府上网工程”开展以来，我国的政府门户网站迅速建立和发展起来。本文以深圳市政府门户网站为例，综合分析了其体系结构、功能架构、设计特色等。分析比较了深圳市各区政府网站、市政府各部门及重要部门网站的对外宣传、公众参与、网上办事等功能。根据各功能的实现情况，对深圳市政府门户网站进行了优劣势的分析。并根据分析提出几点建议，以期有利于深圳市政府网站的建设。

【Abstract】 Establishing the government portal website is not only a way to implement E-Government but also the product of modernize government management and information technology’s development. Since the “Government Online Project” began on 1999 year in our country, the government portal website of China had established and developed in a high speed. This article based on the example of Shenzhen municipal government portal website provides a comprehensive analysis on its architecture, functional structure, design characteristics and so on. It also provides a comparative analysis of Shenzhen District government websites, department of Shenzhen municipal government and important department of Shenzhen government of function such as external publicity, information services and public participation and so on. According to the achievement of functions, the article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the Shenzhen municipal government portal website. Finally, it gives some suggestions according to the analysis with a view to enabling the Shenzhen municipal government portal website development.
