课堂氛围对小学生学习动机的影响

摘  要
学习动机是直接推动小学生学习活动的内部动力。影响小学生学习动机的因素很复杂，其中良好的课堂氛围对小学生学习动机的激发和维持有重要的作用。本文从学习动机能够适当激发学习行为；学习动机能够为学习行为定向；学习动机能够维持学习行为三个方面分析了学习动机对小学生学习活动的重要性。总结了良好课堂氛围对小学生学习动机的重要性并且对如何形成良好课堂氛围、激发学习动机提出了相应的对策。

The influence about class atmosphere to pupils’ study motivation

Abstract
Study motivation is the inner power which drives pupils’ study activity . There are complicated factors that can affect the study motivation of pupils. One of which is active class atmosphere , and it has an important effect on the inspiring and maintaining of the study motivation . The article gives there aspects of the importance of the study motivation: one is that it can properly stimulate study actions; one is that it can make the direction of study actions; one is that it can maintain the study actions. The article also concludes the importance of study motivation and makes suggestions on how to form the active class atmosphere and stimulate study motivation.
