关于工程项目管理信息化建设的思考

摘 要

21世纪是信息化时代，工程项目管理的发展也必将走向信息化管理。近几年来，工程项目管理信息化建设取得了长足发展，信息化技术在工程项目管理上的应用也越来越多，越来越重要。有效利用计算机和网络技术建立工程项目管理信息系统，可以充分发挥计算机信息管理系统的优势，帮助实现工程建设项目管理现代化。随着建筑工程建设的速度越来越快、建设功能也越来越复杂，如果在建设中不实现信息化的管理或者信息化管理实际应用效果不明显，必然会影响建筑行业的快速发展。工程项目的最终目的是效益，所有有关工程项目的管理活动必然围绕着这一目的所进行，工程项目管理在我国尚属起步发展阶段，故此，项目管理信息化建设刻不容缓，项目信息化建设过程中有关信息化人才匮乏、技术、设备、材料落后、信息化资金投入不足，组织管理缺乏有效手段等问题是制约项目信息化发展的瓶颈。解决这些问题的关键是首先要构建工程项目信息化框架，打破传统观念，尽快实现工程项目管理的信息化，使工程项目在信息化系统的辅助下，实现更大的经济效益。

Abstract

21 century is the information times, project management, the development of the will to information management. In recent years, project management informationization construction has made great progress, information technology in the engineering project management on the application of more and more, more and more important. Effective use of computer and network technology build engineering project management information system, can give full play to the advantages of computer information management system, to help realize the construction project management modernization. Along with the construction project construction faster and faster, construction function also more and more complex, if not in the construction of the informatization management or information management application effect is not apparent, will inevitably influence on the rapid development of the construction industry. The ultimate objective of the project is benefit, all the relevant engineering project management activities around this purpose inevitable, the engineering project management in our country is still in the beginning stage of development, therefore, project management information construction urgent, project the information construction process the lack of information talent, technology, equipment, materials, information behind insufficient capital investment, and management problems such as lack of effective means is the bottleneck of restricting the project informationization development. The key to the problems is first to build project informationization framework, break the traditional ideas, as quickly as possible engineering project management information, the engineering project in the information system of the auxiliary, realize more economic benefits.
