摘  要

随着经济的高速发展和我国改革开放程度的深化,中小企业在整个经济发展中有着举足轻重的地位。而人力资源又是中小企业发展的重要资本,有着巨大的创造力和不可替代性。中小企业人力资源的流失不仅意味着资本的损失,还意味着同行业竞争对手的更加强大。人力资源流失已成为影响中小企业生存和发展的重大问题。本文在研究了人力资源流失的理论基础之上,分析了中小企业人力资源流失的原因,并且提出了解决中小企业人力资源流失的一些措施。

Abstract

With the rapid economic development and the deepening of China's reform and opening up degree, the development of SMEs in the economy has a significant place. The development of human resources is an important capital for SMEs, with great creativity and irreplaceable. SMEs not only mean the loss of human resources, capital loss, also means that more powerful competitors in the same industry. Loss of human resources has an impact on the survival and development of SMEs, the major problem. This loss of human resources in research based on the theoretical analysis of the reasons for the loss of human resources of SMEs and SME proposed to solve some of the measures the loss of human resources.
