长安民生汽车物流一体化发展战略研究

摘要
汽车物流一体化是汽车物流产业化的发展形式，它必须以第三方汽车物流服务提供商充分发育和完善为前提。同时，汽车物流一体化的趋势为第三方汽车物流企业的发展提供了良好的发展环境和巨大的市场需求。
本文结合国内外汽车物流一体化的情况，根据对重庆长安民生物流公司渝北区物流配送中心的日常运营现状的了解，阐述了其在推进汽车物流一体化的过程中在信息系统方面所取得的成绩，以及公司为其客户提供汽车物流一体化服务的方案和在实施过程中的成本控制方法和成果。本文在为客户销售市场的调研统计结果的基础上，结合公司新的业务拓展，在公司战略规划方面，提供了一些建议以及对未来的展望，主要是汽车物流一体化的创新，即进入分销渠道。

Research of Strategic Development to Automobile Logisitic Integration for Chang‘an－Minsheng

ABSTRACT
Automotive Logistics integration is the development style of the automotive logistics industry, it must be based on third-party logistics service provider motor vehicle fully developed and perfect for the premise. At the same time, the trend of automotive logistics integration for third-party development of automotive logistics company provides a good environment for the development and huge market demand.
    In this paper integrated of domestic and foreign automotive logistics, according to the understanding of the day-to-day logistics operators Chang’an-Minsheng of Chongqing District Yubei logistics distribution center ,the status quo on achieved achievements of its automotive logistics in advancing the process of integration of information systems, as well as the company offering its customers the integration of automotive logistics services in the implementation process and cost control methods and results. In this paper based on the customer marketing research survey results, combined with the company's new business development, provided a number of recommendations in strategic planning in the company, as well as vision for the future, mainly about the integration of innovative automotive logistics, that is, into the distribution channels.
