我国汽车的4S销售模式与利润的构成分析
【摘要】当前,我国所实行的汽车4S销售模式是上世纪从欧洲传过来,历经10多年的发展,形成以销售(Sale)、零配件(Sparepart)、售后服务(Service)、信息反馈(Survey)为一体的销售模式。4S销售模式相对于其他的销售模式存在一定的优势,同时不能忽略的是4S模式也面临着很多问题,如汽车市场竞争激烈、利润率低、利润来源单一、新兴销售模式的挑战等。本文通过4S模式发展现状的利弊分析和利润的构成分析,提出改变目前4S销售模式困境的对策与建议。

4S Sale Mode in China and the Analysis of the Composition of Profits
 
【Abstract】With the development of 10 years,4S shop which comes from Europe becomes a marketing pattern including sale、sparapart、service and survey .Despite of the fact that 4S shop has an advantage over other pattern in some aspects ,we can never ignore that 4S marketing  pattern is facing difficulties ,like the fierce competition of automobile market、low profit rate、single source of profit、the challenge of new pattern and so on. Aimed at finding the ways to improve the performance of 4S shop ,the advantage and disadvantage of 4S shop development and the profit of 4S shop will be deeply analyzed in the article.
