基于汽车防抱死系统的探究


摘要:目前汽车防抱死制动系统(ABS)己逐渐成为汽车的标准配置,然而目前国内市场上国外ABS产品占据了绝大部分份额,为提高我国汽车工业的竞争力,发展具有自主知识产权的ABS产品很有必要,本文就是在此背景下进行ABS控制器的探究。本文首先总结汽车防抱死制动系统的发展历史和研究现状,其次阐述了汽车防抱死制动系统组成(基本结构)、工作原理和与布置方式,分析了ABS制动系统的特点,并利用PID控制算法,构建出一种基于滑移率的单轮防抱死系统控制模型,并在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下对模型进行仿真分析,最后设计以XCl64CS为控制核心的防抱死控制器硬件电路,实现轮速的宽范围准确采集以及制动电磁控制阀和泵电机的适时控制。

Based on the study of car antilock brake systems
 
Abstract: At present, the car ABS has gradually become the standard configuration of the car, however the foreign ABS products occupy most of the share of the domestic market. To improve the competitiveness of the car industry of our country, it is necessary to expand the ABS products which have independent intellectual property. The paper is on the exploration of ABS-Controller. It summarizes the development and research status of the car ABS, elaborates the composition of the car ABS (basic structure), working principles and arrangement. It also analyzes the characteristics of the car ABS. Using PID control algorithm, I construct a single wheel antilock brake systems control model based on slip ratio. And this paper presents a simulation of the model at the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. I design a hardware circuit for the anti-lock controller with XCl64CS as the control core to realize a wide range and accurate acquisition of the wheel-speed and the timely control of braking electromagnetic valve and pump motor.
