小型开式压力机的设计


摘要:开式压力机是曲柄压力机的一种,在我国机械锻压制造中占有重要地位,是重要的压力加工设备,能进行各种冲压、模锻等工艺。随着工业的发展,曲柄压力机的品种和数量愈来愈多,质量要求愈来愈高,压力愈来愈大,他在机械制造工业以及其它工业的锻压生产中的作用愈来愈显著,提高机械的自动化程度,降低工人的劳动强度,改善劳动条件是目前研究的主要课题。这次对曲柄压力机进行了研究,首先对曲柄压力机工作原理的设计和参数的选定计算,通过曲柄滑块的设计与电动机及飞轮的选择进行了传动系统的设计,利用V带的二级传动把电动机的旋转运动转化为滑块的直线往复运动,从而控制滑块的往复运动来是零件冲压成型。
