年产30万吨H2车间的工艺及住热交换器的设计cad


摘要:本设计详细介绍了国内外合成氨一氧化碳变换车间生产工艺以及原材料要求,对这些工艺在技术经济上进行比较。本设计采用全低温变换法,在此基础上进行年产30万吨H2车间的工艺设计。主要包括原料精制工段的物料衡算和主热交换器的工艺计算。绘制了主热交换器设备图和合成氨生产的流程图。另外,本设计中对经济成本进行简单的核算,同时还简要介绍了合成氨一氧化碳变换车间的安全操作和三废处理的方法。

A Design for a workshop process that annual output of 300000 tons of H2 and primary heat exchanger
 

Abstract: This design introduces in detail the shiftprocesses of carbon monoxide of synthesis ammonia production home and abroad, and the requirements for the raw material. It comparea and analyzea the differences of shiftprocesses basing on technological economy. This design adopts total low temperature shiftprocess. On this basis, Based on this, annual output of 300000 tons of H2 was designed. The design  mainly contains the material accounting of material purification section, process calculation of primary heat exchanger, and the diagrams including the equipment drawing of primary heat exchanger and process flow diagram for synthesis ammonia production. Besides, there also is a simple economic cost accounting, introduction of safe operation of shiftworkshop of carbon monoxide, method about disposal of industrial waste (waste gas, waste water and industrial residue) during the production of synthetic ammon in the design.
