销售人员高离职率问题研究-从个人角度出发


摘要:销售人员的高离职率是企业管理中一个很敏感很现实的问题。过去研究者多从客观角度分析人员流失的原因,忽视了销售人员的主观需求。本文从个人角度出发,分析销售人员高离职率的原因,并提出解决对策。以销售人员的内在需求为基础对销售人员高离职率现象进行研究是一项新的课题,不仅在理论上可以弥补这方面的空白,而且在实践中也具有重大意义,能推动企业的健康发展,促进社会和谐稳定。
关键词:销售人员; 离职率;马斯洛需求层次理论

Abstract:The high turnover rate of the sales staff in enterprise management is very sensitive and realistice problem. In the past the researchers analyse the reasons of the turnover from the objective perspective, ignored the sales staff  subjective demand. from the Angle of the individual ,the paper analyse the reason of the high turnover rate of the sales staff and to put forward the solution. To study the high turnover  of the sales staff  based on the internal need is new topic which not only make up for the blank in theory,and also has the great significance in practice,and that  can promote the healthy development of the enterprise and  promote social harmony and stability.
