德州市省级田径传统项目学校后备人才培养的现状分析

摘　要
文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法，对德州市省级田径传统项目学校后备人才培养现状进行了调查研究,得出德州市省级田径传统项目学校在后备人才培养方面存在很大不足。主要为训练水平低且不科学；选材不科学，依据传统方法选材；场地器材不足而且陈旧；文化学习和训练安排不够合理；经费不充足，经费来源渠道少；参加竞赛级别低。针对这些因素提出相应的对策,有助于我们认清面临的形势,把握竞技体育后备人才培养系统的环境,为探索今后后备人才培养提供参考模式。

Abstract
   This article makes a research on the present situation of school reserve personnel in the traditional level track and field of Dezhou city through literature material method, questionnaire survey method, statistics method and the logical analytic method and has obtained that low and unscientific training, unscientific chose of subject (through traditional method), insufficient and outdated equipments, unreasonable arrangement of cultural study and training, insufficient funds, the rare resource of funds and the low level competition are the main reasons that effect the personnel training system of Dezhou city on the provincial level track and field. In accordance with these factors, we propose some countermeasures which are helpful for us to realize the situation, to grasp the environment of reserve personnel training system and to provide model for exploring the cultivation of reserve personnel in the future.
