摘 要

随着经济的不断发展,人力资源管理成为企业管理中不可忽视的一个重要环节,也在不断优化。绩效管理是人力资源管理工作的重要内容之一,它是员工工作调动,薪酬调动的依据,更是企业帮助员工改进绩效,努力实现公司整体目标的有效手段。合理科学的绩效管理体系为企业人才的选、用、育、留等工作创造良好的基础,提供客观的依据。现代人力资源之中的绩效考评,不仅仅包括这些内容,而且还有激励与引导作用,良好的绩效考评,不但能充分调动员工的积极性,提高工作能力和业务素质,更能推动企业的可持续发展。
本次调查以中小企业为研究对象,论述了人力资源管理中的绩效考核的内涵及其在现代中小企业中的重要地位,分析了河南省中小企业绩效考核的现状,同时对中小企业中存在的绩效考核的问题进行了探究,提出了一些解决方法。

Abstract

With the constant development of economy, the human resources management to become the enterprise management cannot be neglected in one of the most important parts, also in constant optimization. This investigation to small and medium-sized enterprise as the research object, this paper discusses the human resources management of performance evaluation of the meaning and modern small and medium-sized enterprises in the important role of small and medium-sized enterprises in henan province, analyzes the present situation of performance appraisal, and at the same time for small and medium-sized enterprises of the existing in the performance evaluation of learning, and puts forward some methods to solve them.
Human resources management performance assessment is one of the important contents of work, it is the employee to pay the transfer of the basis, but also help improve performance of enterprise employees, achieving the goal of the company as a whole effective means. Reasonable scientific performance evaluation system for enterprise talents with, to foster, choose, such as a good foundation for the job creation, provide objective basis. Modern human resources in of performance evaluation, including not only the content, and incentive and guidance, good performance evaluation, not only can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees, improve the working ability and professional quality, more can promote the sustainable development of the enterprises.
