浅析基于BSC的KPI体系设计


 摘  要

作为人力资源管理六大模块之一的绩效管理受到越来越多企业的重视,然而很多企业在做绩效管理工作时还是产生了这样或那样的问题,究其原因,除了考核方法或许不对之外,却是公司设计的绩效考核指标存在问题。虽然很多企业在很早以前就已经开始尝试运用KPI的方法建立考核指标,KPI也是一种科学有效的考核指标设计方法,但是多数企业终于没有根据本身的情况确定准确的KPI,使得所找到的KPI存在诸多不足,于是KPI的建立成为企业的一个难题。为了帮助建立有效地KPI,我们通过使用头脑风暴法、鱼骨图法、关键成功因素法等方法建立KPI,同时为了在指标设计当中,使KPI不单单是独立的指标,KPI之间有相互的驱动关系,我们借鉴了最近兴起的BSC的思想和方法,希望在KPI指标的设计之中充分体现BSC的战略思想,使新建立的KPI指标更加科学和有效。

ABSTRACT

Performance management as one of the six parts of the human resource management  is more and more important to enterprises, but when many companies are doing the work of performance management ,they have had a problem of many reasons. Besides the wrong assessment methods of the indicators ,their designed indicators of performance evaluation are also the problem. Although many enterprises have begun to try to apply the methods to establish KPI assessment indicators for a long time,and KPI is also a scientific and effective design way of assessment indicators, but most enterprises have not finally determined in accordance with their  accurate KPIs,.The KPI was  found maken less than many, so the establishment of KPI becomes a problem. In order to help the establishment of the effective KPI, we find a way of the use of our brainstorming and fishbone diagram method, and the critical success factors method and other methods to establish KPI.At the same time  to design them with BSC  is for not only  an independent KPI indicators, KPI refect each other between drive, we learn from the recent rise of the ideology and the BSC, and I hope  in the design of KPI  we can fully use the strategic thinking of the BSC to make the new KPIs established by more scientific and effectively.
