对新保险法的浅析

摘 要：《保险法》维护着保险行业的健康、有序发展，我国最早的《保险法》是1995年出台的，那时因为我国保险业刚刚起步，所以更多的参考国外的一些法律法规，但随着我国经济的发展，保险业在最近的5年内有着巨大的变化，为保证我国保险业良好的发展，结合我国的国情，制定出符合我国保险业现状的法律法规。此次，听取各方面广泛意见，在原《保险法》的基础之上修改、增加、删除一些内容，出台了新的《保险法》。

A brief analysis to the new law of insurance

Abstract: "Law of insurance" maintained the healthy and orderly development of insurance industry, our country’s first "Law of insurance" appeared in 1995, since our country’s insurance business just started at that time,  we consluted a lot of laws and regulations from abroad. Along with our country economy's development, the insurance business has a huge change in the recent 5 years, in order to guarantee the good development of our country’s insurance business and establish the laws and regulations which is fit to our own condition. So we have released the new “Law of  insurance” which is based on the old one and with some editing adding and deleting.
