社会主义新农村法制建设的现状与对策研究—以安顺市为例
摘 要
在建设社会主义新农村的过程中，法制建设是各项制度建设中必不可少的一部分。然而，当前我国农村法制建设、农民法律意识、法律思想和法律思维等方面还有待提高和完善，农村法制建设尚不能满足新形势发展的需要。该文立足于现实，并结合笔者通过走乡串寨、实地调查、实地访问等方法了解到的信息进行整合，提出当前新农村法制建设中存在的突出问题，并对相关问题加以研究，紧密结合我国农村实际，以新农村建设的各项任务为指标，找出了产生这些问题的原因，并就问题提出了许多建设性的意见和建议。

ABSTRACT
In the process of building a socialist hew countryside, the legal system is an essential part of system construction. However, the current legislation system of countryside, rural awareness of the law, legal thought and legal aspects of thinking needs to be improved and the improvement of the legal construction in rural areas can not meet the new situation and development needs. The article based on reality, and I go with channeling walled village, field surveys, field visits and other methods to integrate the information learned is proposed in the current outstanding problems, and to study related issues, In close connection with china rural reality, the new rural development tasks as an index to find out the cause of these problems and to pat farward a promise.
