摘 要

 随着酒店全球化的经营,顾客需求趋于多样化,需求的变化也趋于快速化,酒店同行业之间的竞争也日益加剧,这使得人力资源在酒店行业中的地位和作用也日益突出。可以说,人力资源是酒店业现在以及未来发展的关键,对酒店人力资源管理进行研究,对酒店的发展具有重大的现实意义。
本文以YF大酒店为例,从其人力资源管理现状出发,分析了人力资源部门在人员配置、招聘与录用模块、培训与开发模块、薪酬管理模块以及绩效管理模块五个方面存在的问题,希望能帮助其提高企业的运营管理效率。
本文根据酒店行业特征,结合从YF大酒店收集到的一、二手资料,从人力资源部门的重要性出发,对人员配置进行优化;以吸引、使用、留住人才为原则,完善了招聘与录用模块;以创建学习型组织为目标,完善了培训与开发模块;运用亚当斯的公平理论明确薪酬管理的重要性并对其进行完善;采用360度绩效评估法解决了绩效评估系统中的问题。对于刚起步的学习型组织酒店来说,本文在人力资源管理系统的完善上具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

With the globalization of the hotel business, customer demand tend diversification, the change of demand, tend to be quickly, the hotel industry is growing competition between, which makes human resources in the position and role of the hotel industry has become more obvious. Can say, the human resources is the hotel industry now and the future development of the key, the hotel human resources management research on the development of the hotel has the significant practical significance.
    This articles for YF hotel as an example, from its human resources management present situation, analyses the human resources department in staffing, recruitment and employment module, training and development module, salary management module and performance management module five aspects, the existing problems of the hope can help them to improve enterprise's operation management efficiency.
According to the characteristics of the hotel industry, combined with collected from YF hotel, used material, from the point of the importance of the human resources department, optimize the allocation of personnel; To attract, use and keep talents for the principle, improve the recruitment and employment module; To create a learning organization as the goal, improve the training and development module; Use of Adams justice theory clear salary the importance of the management and to perfect it; The 360-degree performance evaluation method to solve the problems of the performance evaluation system. For just started the learning organization hotel for, this paper in human resource management system of perfect on to have the certain reference value.
