基于B/S模式错误跟踪系统的设计与实现+php源码摘 要
当今，随着计算机科学与技术的发展，软件变得越来越庞大，复杂。在软件开发过程中出现了很多问题，比如，团队合作，项目管理等。现在已经没有软件简单到可以一个人在一个源文件中完成。在一个团队中，成员之间需要共享关于开发进度，错误，漏洞等的信息。在软件开发、测试与维护过程中，高效地进行软件质量控制与保非常重要。因此，错误跟踪与管理在现代软件过程中成为实施软件质量控制与保证的重要方面。
通常，软件缺陷会导致产品不能正常运行以满足用户的需要。因此，对错误（软件缺陷）进行跟踪管理，确保每个错误都能够及时得到处理是开发，维护工作的一项重要内容。软件存在的错误（Bug）一般是在测试过程中发现出来的，对于如何处理测试中发现的错误，将直接影响到测试的效果。在这种情况下，错误跟踪系统将会对保证软件质量起很大的作用。它可以用来管理对开发人员维护整个项目很有用的错误信息。
错误跟踪系统是一个典型的管理信息系统。它综合了网络，Web服务，数据库等技术，给软件开发与维护带来了巨大便利。论文主要由以下六个部分组成：需求分析，系统架构设计，技术架构分析，数据库设计，功能模块设计，功能实现。本系统选用的开发工具为 PHP，MySQL，Apache，Linux和HTML/CSS。论文将简要介绍各个开发工具，并会详细介绍开发实现的过程。

Design and implementation of a bug-tracking system based on B/S mode
Abstract
Nowadays, with the development of computer science and technology, software gets more and more larger and complex. Problems like team work, project management rise in the process of software development. No software is so simple that it can be written in one file by one programmer. In a team, team members need to share information about development progress, bugs, etc.
In general, bugs in software result in it that the program can not run properly to meet the consumers' needs. Tracking, and managing bugs effectively become the vital part of the progresses of development and maintenance. Most bugs are found in the test period. That how to deal with these bugs have a direct affect on the test result. A bug-tracking system, at this situation, can help a lot, which manages all the bugs’ information, which is very useful for programmers to maintain the whole project.
Bug-tracking system is a typical Management Information System (MIS), which integrates network, web service and database, and brings great convenience to the development of software. The paper mainly consists of requirement analysis, system architecture, technical architecture, database design, module design and implementation. The development tools are PHP, MySQL, Apache, Linux and HTML/CSS. In the paper is a brief description of development tools and the implementation process of each module.
