摘要

古人云“一阴一阳可谓道”,那么对于一个企业来说,“阴”指的就是本企业的文化,“阳”指的就是它的人力资源管理制度。企业要想得“道”,要想获得更长远的发展,就必须阴阳结合,刚柔并济。尤其在信息时代的今天,人力资源已经成为企业发展的第一资源,而企业文化也受到越来越多的公司的重视。因此,只有加强二者之间的融合,促进两者之间的互动,企业才能在现代竞争中获得更大的优势。企业文化与人力资源管理之间的互动概括来说表现在人力资源管理为企业文化建设提供组织保证,企业文化理论为人力资源管理提供理论依据。人力资源管理各项基本功能的实现都受到企业文化直接或潜在的影响 , 同时这些功能的实现又反作用于企业文化的形成、维持及发展。然而在现实中由于企业发展的不完善,现代企业制度的建立的不健全,经常会出现企业文化与人力资源管理的脱节现象,或者两者相互矛盾,共同阻碍企业的发展。因此,如何实现企业文化与人力资源管理之间的良好互动、相互促进成为现代企业共同关注的话题。
本文将从企业文化和企业人力资源管理互动的必要性、互动的表现,当前社会企业文化与人力资源管理互动的现状及如何完善等方面进行具体论述。

Abstract

As an ancient saying goes "one yin-yang is a Road", then for an enterprise, the "Yin" refers to the culture of the enterprise, "Yang" refers to the system of its human resources. Business to a "Road", to be more long-term development, it is necessary to yin and yang combination of rigid-flexible and economic.Especially in today's information age, human resources has become a primary resource for enterprise development, and corporate culture have also been more and more attention to the company. Therefore, only by strengthening the integration between the two, to promote interaction between the two enterprises to compete in the modern greater advantage.
