世界金融风暴对中国民营企业人力资源管理的影响

摘  要

世界金融危机日益深化，对我国经济的影响不容低估。而企业是中国经济的支柱，民营企业是国民经济的重要组成部分，人力资源管理是现代企业管理的核心，因此研究世界金融危机对我国民营企业人力资源管理的影响对于减小金融危机对我国经济的冲击具有重要的意义。本文通过分析世界金融危机给中国民营企业人力资源管理带来的影响，提出了相应的对策。随着我国市场经济的日趋完善和全球化经济的形成，民营企业的发展遇到一些问题，而其中最为关键的是人才问题，这一问题严重阻碍了企业的发展，因而，如何加强和完善民营企业人力资源管理成为我国民营企业迫切需要解决的问题。目前，我国民营企业人力资源管理中存在许多问题，例如缺乏科学的人力资源战略，缺乏长期有效的薪酬与激励机制和人力资本的投入严重不足等。而金融危机使这些问题加剧，因此民营企业必须深刻认识自身的不足和目前严峻的现状，积极采取有效措施加以应对。

Abstract

Deepening world financial crisis，the impact on China's economy should not be underestimated．And enterprises are the backbone of China's economy， private enterprises is an important part of the national economy，human resources management is the core of modern enterprise management，the study of the global financial crisis on China's human resources management of private enterprises to reduce the impact of financial crisis on China's economy is of great significance．In this paper，through the analysis of the world financial crisis to the Chinese private enterprise human resources management the impact of the corresponding response．With the maturing of the market economy and the formation of a globalized economy，the development of private enterprises encountered some problems，of which the most critical talent issues，this issue has seriously hindered the development of enterprises，thus，how to strengthen and improve the private Human resources management has become an urgent need of China's private enterprises to solve．At present，China's private enterprises in human resource management there are a lot of problems，such as lack of scientific human resources strategy，the lack of effective long-term pay and incentive mechanism and human capital，such as a serious shortage of inputs．The financial crisis exacerbated these problems，so a profound understanding of private enterprise must be less than its own status quo and the current critical and actively take effective measures to deal with．
