浅谈委婉语在商务交际中的特殊作用

摘    要
随着我国市场经济的确立，对外经济贸易往来日益频繁，以国际贸易为例，从开始建立联系的询价、报价、报盘、还盘到装运、保险、资信调查、货款支付等，都会使用大量的委婉表达法。
委婉语是一种语言常规的变异现象，也是使用语言的艺术。为了更好地赢得客户，树立尽可能完美的形象，给客户以满意和信心，商务人员常借助委婉语这一重要修辞手段，礼貌、含蓄地表达自己的思想感情，把有时不宜直说的愿望和意见，婉转、得体地表达出来，达到预期的目的和效果。
本文依据语用学的礼貌原则，以语言的经济效用为切入点，结合国际商务沟通实例，对委婉语在商务交际中作用进行了阐述，由此证明委婉语运用策略在商务沟通中的重要作用。
