论在外资准入条件下国内民营银行的发展战略

中国加入WTO已经将近十年了，在外资进驻中国金融市场的大环境下，人们不但对国有银行的运营状况很关注，而且对民营银行的注意力度也越来越大。毕竟民营银行的发展状况是不容忽视的，在外资银行和国有四大商业银行的夹击中生存发展，绝对不是件容易的事。本文就民营银行的定义，优点和发展战略等作探讨，希望可以给国内民营银行的发展战略制定予一点的建议。

ABSTRACT
China has being in one of WTO for a decade. There is more and more froiegn capital jion in China’s banking. Under this emvironment, Chinese is going to pay more attention to .It’s not a easy way for they to run. Because they are competing with not only the government bank but also the foreign bank. Therefore the emvironment of private bank should not be neglected. Now I am studying about the definition ,advantages and development strategy of private bank. Hope that it can give some helps to the development of private bank.
