信息传播与和谐社会

中文摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会，是我们党从全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的全局出发提出的重大任务。
信息传播，在构建和谐社会中肩负着引导社会舆论，宣传中央政策方针，促进社会协调发展的神圣使命，责任重大。这就要求我们必须认真学习贯彻十六届五中全会精神，准确把握构建社会主义和谐社会的新要求，为构建和谐社会营造和谐的信息传播环境，构建和谐传播，从而促进和谐社会发展。
本文在分析信息传播与和谐社会的关系和相互作用的基础上，提出利用各种手段发挥信息传播的积极作用，努力构建社会主义和谐社会，并进一步提出了在构建和谐社会中，促进信息传播，尤其是大众传播有效实现的建议。

ABSTRACT
Building a harmonious & socialistic community is a significant task for our party for the purpose of building a prosperous community and creating a road of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
Information delivery is very important to lead the public voice, publicize the policy and guideline and accelerate the development of our country smoothly during the period of building our harmonious community. This task requires we must learn seriously the spirit of the 16th plenary meeting, realize the new requirements of building the harmonious & socialistic community, provide a good environment for the information delivery and accelerate the development of community harmony.
This paper is on the basis of the relationship and interaction analyses between information delivery and the harmonious community, try every means to show the positive effect of information delivery and do our utmost to build the harmonious and socialistic community. Further more, giving the suggestion to expedite the realization of the information delivery, specially the public information delivery .
