[摘 要]当今的市场是竞争性的市场,一个企业所具有的能够比其他企业更有效地向市场提供产品和服务,并获得赢利和自身发展的综合素质即企业竞争力对企业有着至关重要的作用。随着中国社会主义市场经济体制的完善和经济体制的建立,企业竞争力研究已成为理论与实践的时代课题。超市企业要想在激烈的竞争的环境中生存并发展壮大,其唯一的出路便是对企业进行客观,全面的分析,探索提高竞争力的途径。本文基于这一需求通过对企业竞争力的学习,分析牡丹江大润发超市的竞争力现状和存在问题,并提出可供企业参考的提高企业竞争力的方法,力求与主要竞争对手争夺消费市场并取得优势地位。

Research on RT-Mart in Mudanjiang of the competitiveness of Enterprises
 
Abstract: The contemporary market is considerably competitive. The product and service delivered much more efficiently than other corporations can benefit itself. This profit-making behaviors and the overall quality, namely, the capability of competition have a crucial impact on the corporation itself. As the socialist market economy has developed further and further, the research on the competitive capability is becoming a significant topic in the field both theory and practice.
If any supermarket corporations want to exist and grow, what they must do is to explore the pattern to improve and consolidate the core capability of competition from a comprehensive view. My dissertation is to analyze the current situation of competitive ability and the existing problems of Mudanjiang RT-MART .Meanwhile, the article focuses on putting forward some appropriate approaches which facilitate supermarket itself getting more vantages.The main goal is to enhance the competitive capability of RT-MART.
