企业员工激励理论的研究

在很久之前,人们便开始了对激励理论的研究。这些研究是源于对员工工作效率的提高。为了提高工作效率,人们不惜尝试各种各样的激励方式来提高员工的积极性。从那时起,激励理论便成为了现代企业管理中最重要、最基本,也是最困难的课题。激励理论研究是对于”需要”的研究,回答了以什么为基础、或根据什么才能激发调动起工作积极性的问题。人的动机来自需要,由需要确定人们的行为目标,激励则作用于人内心活动,激发、驱动和强化人的行为。激励机制能否很好的运用,直接关系到企业的发展速度。既然激励机制如此重要,我们就从多方面来进行研究,探讨如何加强企业的激励理论。

Since then, drove that the theory then became in the modern business management to be most important, to be most basic, was also the most difficult topic. Drove the fundamental research is regarding” the need” the research, replied take anything as the foundation, or acts according to anything to be able to stimulate to transfer the work enthusiastic question. Human's motive comes from the need, by needs to determine that people's behavior goal, the drive affects in the person innermost feelings activity, the stimulation, actuates and strengthens person's behavior. Incentive mechanism whether very good utilization, direct relation enterprise's development speed. Since the incentive mechanism is so important, we from various conduct the research, how discusses to strengthen enterprise's drive theory.
